1.Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to all countries EXCEPT to those with U.S. trade sanctions in place, countries with tobacco prohibitions and restrictions, as well as the following European Union (EU) countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

2.What is your shipping policy for international orders?

All international orders are FINAL SALE - we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), this means that we are responsible for shipping charges and insurance up to the agreed-upon destination. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or related fees.

If you are placing an international order, please be aware that we do not provide any assurances on whether the goods you order can be legally imported into such country. You are advised to check with your customs authority and/or other relevant government agency before you place an order with us for international delivery.

Even if there are no tobacco restrictions in your country, it is still possible that customs will refuse the shipment. In the event the shipment is refused and returned to sender, ItalianSmokes.com will not be responsible for a refund of your order.

We reserve the rights to refuse to ship to any country.

3.What is your payment policy for international orders?

For all international orders, we would require a copy of the most current statement for the credit card that you used for the order. It should clearly show your name, address, and the last 4 digits of the credit card number.

We may also request that you provide a copy of your government issued photo ID such as passport or driver's license along with a picture of the credit card displaying the last 4 digits of the credit card being used.

This is a standard policy to ensure that the person paying for the order is the person receiving the order. All credit card information must be verified before we ship any order.

4.Which currency do I pay for my international order?

Prices shown on our online store are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. No local tax will be applied to orders shipped outside the USA.

If your credit/debit card or other payment option is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

We are not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by your card issuer.

5.Which forms of payment do you accept for international orders?

Currently, we only accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

6.How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping cost is calculated based on the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, the destination country, and the desired shipping speed.

Currently, we offer shipping via International Standard with express carriers such as UPS and DHL. The estimated delivery time is between 6 and 10 business days, depending on the customs clearance process at the destination country. And the total shipping cost will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

7.How much duties and taxes do I pay for my international order?

Duties, taxes, and/or any related  fees are based on the purchased items' country of origin (manufacturing) and the classification of that item in accordance with a harmonized system. These rates are set by the destination country.

The recipient will be responsible for paying the duties, taxes and/or any related fees to the shipping carrier upon delivery. If these charges are not paid, the package may be destroyed or returned. In the event the package is destroyed by the destination country's customs or returned to sender, ItalianSmokes.com will not be responsible for a refund of your order.

We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit when it is returned to sender.

8.Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the USA. See FAQ: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

9.How can I track my international order?

Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link specific to the order. The link is directed to the carrier's website to track your package.

Be sure to check your spam folder and add orders@italiansmokes.com to your address book.

You can also view your order status by signing into your ItalianSmokes account and click on My Account - you will see all your order details in Order History.

10.What is your return policy for international orders?

All international orders are FINAL SALE - we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. In the event the package is refused and returned to sender, ItalianSmokes.com will not be responsible for a refund of your order.

We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit when it is returned to sender.

11.My package has been Returned to Sender. What are my next steps?

In the instance that the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package may be returned by the carrier at their discretion. Please note some carriers may take up to 6 weeks to return the package to the USA.

To avoid such disappointment, we strongly recommend that you provide the most accurate shipping address during checkout.

12.The import duties and taxes are too high so I refused the package. What should I do now?

Should you refuse to pay the duties, taxes and/or related fees, some country's customs may either destroy or return the package to sender. If these charges are not paid, the package may be destroyed or returned. In the event the package is destroyed by the destination country's customs or returned to sender, ItalianSmokes.com will not be responsible for a refund of your order.

We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit when it is returned to sender.
