Shipping Policy offers multiple shipping options to customers located in the USA or many other countries. We fulfill orders from our shipping centers in the USA or, for certain products, by drop shipping directly from our suppliers. We usually ship most orders within two business days, but may occasionally require additional time due to extraordinary circumstances. Orders for certain products and shipments to international destinations may require up to two weeks before dispatching due to the increased paperwork required. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping offers Free USA Shipping for any order above $100. Add qualifying item(s) totaling $100* or more to your shopping cart and Standard Shipping charges will automatically be deducted for any eligible order - no promo code required. If you choose an Express Shipping option, you will only be charged the upgrade cost.

Merchandise total must be $100 or more after any offers and promo codes are applied. Shipping cost, taxes, gift cards, and gift wrap do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

In the event that USPS/UPS/DHL is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe location to leave the package (at the delivery personnel’s discretion), incorrectly refused package or otherwise, is not responsible for the payment of return shipping costs levied by the carrier. Similarly, we are not responsible for re-shipping the package to the customer once it is returned to sender. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned package due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

Service Delays is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays result from events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to: acts of war, terrorist acts, governmental orders relating to the foregoing, the application of security regulations imposed by a government, embargoes, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, insurrections, riots, sabotage, natural disasters (including earthquakes or floods), acts of God, labor disputes (including strikes, lockouts, job actions or boycotts), fires, explosions, failure in electrical power, heat, light, air conditioning or communications equipment, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the shipping carrier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. Lost or Stolen Packages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the recipient will need to contact USPS/UPS/DHL to open an investigation. USPS/UPS/DHL investigations are normally resolved within 10 business days. Kindly note, in some cases, USPS/UPS/DHL may require a police report to open an investigation.

Delivery to International Destinations

All deliveries to international destinations are fulfilled with either USPS Priority Mail International or with express carriers such as UPS or DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout for all available shipping options and do not include duties, taxes, and/or customs related fees. does not guarantee arrival dates for international packages due to events beyond our control (force majeure, see Service Delays), including but not limited to delays in customs clearance, and/or delays on the carrier's end.

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm Eastern Time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Related Fees

All international orders are fulfilled in accordance to ICC Incoterms 2010 DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or related fees applied to your package. The recipient will be responsible for any and all costs for clearing customs and importing the products ordered. Such costs may be invoiced directly to the recipient by the carrier and/or local customs.

We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees. The recipient is solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws with regards to the import and consumption of tobacco products. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.

If you refuse your package and it is returned to sender, will not refund the order, duties, taxes, and/or shipping fees.

Exchange Rates

Prices shown on our online store are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If your credit/debit card or other payment option is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by your card issuer.

Government Restrictions

Certain tobacco products are not available for delivery to the European Union, in accordance with the EU Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU), nor to certain other countries, due to similar government restrictions.
