Return Policy

International Returns & Exchanges

All international orders are FINAL SALE - we do not accept return or exchange on international orders and are unable to refund duties, taxes and/or shipping fees. For a list of countries we ship to, please see our Frequently Asked Questions.

USA Returns

We only accept returns from full price purchases made on ItalianSmokes.com if:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within 15 calendar days from the receipt of order.
  • Returns must be shipped back by insured, trackable mailing service offered by USPS, UPS, DHL, or other carriers. You are responsible for any and/or all return shipping fees.
  • Item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials.
  • A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
  • Returns are not applicable on Special Deals/ Final Sale items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To request a RMA, send an email with your Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return to: support@italiansmokes.com

Your RMA request will be processed usually within 1-2 business day. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to package and ship back the items to be returned.

Return Processing

Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received at our shipping center.

A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Refunds

Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post within 5 business days after the date of processing to your original form of payment.

All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment - NO EXCEPTION.

*Please note we do not refund any shipping fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unopened, unused item for a refund and place a new order.

Please note we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

Received Incorrect Item

Please contact Customer Support immediately if you received an incorrect item, so we can process your return request as soon as possible.

If the correct item is available, we will ship the the replacement.

If the correct item is not available, a refund will be issued once the returned item is received and processed by our shipping center (typically within 5 days of the receipt of item).

We are unable to issue any refund without confirmation of the return by our shipping center.

FINAL SALE

- All sale and/or discounted items are sold as-is and are considered FINAL SALE. There is no return nor exchange accepted.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for price adjustments on prior purchases or promotions.
- Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
