Shipping
1.When will my order ship?

Our standard order processing time is one business day. Any order placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time during normal business days will be shipped the same day, as soon as the payment is authorized and verified.

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm Eastern Time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped out. Be sure to check your spam folder and add orders@italiansmokes.com to your address book.

2.How much does shipping cost?

For items that are in stock and shipping within the USA, we offer the following flat-rate standard shipping options:

$6.95 for orders below $50
$9.95 for orders below $100

Shipping is FREE when your order is above $100.00! Standard shipping is always free for ITAS Club Members and US Service Personnel to AFO and FPO addresses.

We also offer express shipping via 3-Day Saver ($9.95 standard fee + $20) or Next Day ($9.95 standard fee + $40).

Effective March 25, 2020 and until further notice, we are temporarily suspending Priority and Express shipping options for all U.S. and international orders.

3.What is your shipping policy?

In order to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud and identity theft, all first orders must be shipped to the billing address corresponding with the credit card used - NO EXCEPTION.

4.How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link specific to the order. The link is directed to the carrier's website to track your package.

Be sure to check your spam folder and add orders@italiansmokes.com to your address book.

You can also view your order status by signing into your ItalianSmokes account and click on My Account - you will see all your order details in Order History.

5.Do you offer Free Shipping?

ItalianSmokes.com offers Free USA Shipping for any order above $100. Add qualifying item(s) totaling $100* or more to your shopping cart and Standard Shipping charges will automatically be deducted for any eligible order - no promo code required. If you choose an Express Shipping option, you will only be charged the upgrade cost.

Merchandise total must be $100 or more after any offers and promo codes are applied. Shipping cost, taxes, gift cards, and gift wrap do not qualify towards the minimum purchase.

6.How soon will my order be delivered?

Depending on location, USPS transit times within Continental USA currently range from 3-7 business days due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Delivery depends on the destination and on the shipping option you have chosen.

* Allow 2-3 business days for delivery to Continental U.S.A.
* Allow 4-6 business days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
* No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
* Transit time estimates are dependent on carriers, actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any delivery delay after dispatching.

7.Do you ship internationally?

8.My order was delivered to the wrong address. What should I do?

If your package was shipped to an old or wrong address that was provided at checkout, we would encourage you to get in touch with the location and attempt to locate your package.

Please log into your ItalianSmokes account and visit My Account to ensure your addresses are up to date, and that the most accurate shipping address is selected during checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery delay or lost package due to the wrong shipping address provided.

9.Nobody was home and my order was Returned to Sender. What are my next steps?

All undelivered packages are processed as customer-initiated returns, assuming the items are intact and fit for resale. You will be refunded less the original shipping cost and a $10 return fee.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements. Returns are not applicable on Special Deals/ Final Sale items.

ItalianSmokes.com will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit when it is returned to sender. To avoid such disappointment, we strongly recommend that you provide the most accurate shipping address during checkout.

10.What is Adult Signature Required (for delivery to the USA only)?

The shipping option with Adult Signature Required provides an added level of assurance by requiring the signature of any person 21 years of age or older at the recipient's address. After the delivery, you will be able to determine the date and time of delivery using USPS Tracking.

Signature Waiver is not available with this service and the USPS delivery personnel cannot leave a package at the recipient's address without the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older (government-issued photo identification is required).

11.Where do you ship from?

We ship from Florida, The Sunshine State!

12.Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

To show our support and gratitude for the troops, we offer free shipping on all orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses around the world. All orders to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service.
