In response to the latest developments surrounding COVID-19, we are following the guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we take steps to help protect our team members and you while delivering the best service and experience possible.
We are working hard to make sure that the cigars you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible. The situation is quickly evolving each day, and we will keep you updated with any changes to our operations.
Across our fulfillment centers, we are taking precautionary measures including increased cleaning and sanitizing routines, frequent hand-washing for all staff, and the use of gloves in the handling products and the preparation of orders.
While we are maintaining regular operations in our fulfillment centers, any State/County/City shutdown ordinances may cause shipping delays. We expect orders placed today to ship in 1-2 business days. Depending on location, USPS transit times within Continental USA currently range from 3-7 business days due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective March 25, 2020 and until further notice, we are temporarily suspending Priority and Express shipping options for all U.S. and international orders.
